About the AFP University Partners Program:

The program complements your college curricula with AFP's online educational platforms and allows you to sit for AFP's exams -- all at a discounted rate. Participants who complete and pass the training modules will receive a badge of recognition from FMA for their knowledge and commitment to FP&A or Treasury. Those who sit for, and pass, the exams will receive the FPAC-Provisional or CTP-Provisional designation, signifying they understand the professional content qualifications and are completing the required years of experience to be fully certified.

The Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) curriculum opens an entire avenue towards treasury and payments, while the Certified Corporate FP&A Professional (FPAC) opens up the fastest growing area in finance. The CFO is the steward of enterprise capital, managing its sources and uses by reporting where it was, optimizing circulation for deployment, and supporting decisions of where the next unit should go. FP&A is the part of the CFO organization that provides actionable intelligence that drives long-term value creation through decision support, capital allocation and performance management. 

As the certifying body for financial planning & analysis (FPAC) and treasury (CTP) among working professionals, AFP has developed and administered these certifications for four decades to nearly 40,000 professionals across 70 countries.

As an FMA student member you have access to the FPAC and CTP Exam Prep Platforms at greatly discounted rates. You do not need to be an AFP member to register for and access most of the valuable resources on the AFP site, however you must be a current FMA student member.

The Certified Corporate FP&A Professional (FPAC) Exam Prep Platform is available at the special rate of $195 plus sales tax if applicable - a saving of $1,000! 

The Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Exam Prep Platform is available at the special rate of $195 plus sales tax if applicable - a saving of $815!

Certifications

If you want to pursue your studies further, you can register for the certification exam(s) at FMA member rates of $495 for early registration ($595 for regular registration). That is a savings of $925 and $825 for the FPAC and CTP, respectively.

Students who pass the exam(s) may be considered FPAC-Provisional or CTP-Provisional until they have completed the work experience, as described on the AFP website.
